Accessible Website for Villa Zebra As part of team Code 404, I researched ways to improve the accessibility of Villa Zebra’s website for elderly visitors. Through user research, we identified their main pain points, such as difficulties navigating the site and booking tickets. To address these issues, we developed key concepts, including an AI assistant ("Meneer Zebra") for live support, a system that adapts accessibility settings based on user behavior, and a simplified, highly visible ticketing process. These solutions ensure an intuitive, frustration-free experience while maintaining a welcoming and familiar interface for elderly users.
